Kylee Damm, MSW, LGSW

Kylee Damm obtained her undergraduate degree at The University of North Dakota in 2019 and went on to get her Master of Social Work degree in 2020. She also has a minor in Special Education. She worked at Grand Forks Juvenile Court and spent time working on restorative justice programs and projects during her undergrad. Her clinical internship was done at Solutions in the Outpatient department.

She is currently licensed in Minnesota. A majority of her working experience has come from her time at Solutions. She has been working in different departments for about five years- from Direct Support Professional, School Liaison and now a clinician. She is trained in The Incredible Years School Aged Program, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Attachment Biobehavioral Catch Up (ABC), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and DC:0-5, which is an assessment for children 5 and under.

She enjoys supporting children, adolescents, and families in individual and group settings. She also runs the Children’s Day Treatment program. She says she finds it most meaningful to create relationships with clients and families both in the good times and bad times. She values being able to let others feel heard, valued and advocated for. She says she thinks it’s important for clients to know growth and change is possible. She says when she is away from work, she enjoys time at the lake, golfing, hockey, traveling, and being with friends and family.
