Kelsey Mehus, LCSW (ND), LICSW (MN)
Kelsey Mehus received both her BSSW and MSW from the University of North Dakota. During her undergraduate training she completed an internship at the Care and Share Center, where she coordinated services for the homeless shelter for men, women, and families, assisted with parenting skills training, and coordinated outside services, such as housing, employment, and food assistance. She completed her graduate internship training at Northwestern Mental Health Center, where she worked with the Early Childhood Mental Health team for children under the age of six, and the North Star program, including social and emotional skills groups. Mrs. Mehus is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in ND and is an LICSW in MN. She has had experience with in-home services for children, and in conducting DC:0-5 assessments. Kelsey provides outpatient therapy services at Solutions, where she works primarily with children and families. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, in Cognitive Processing Therapy, and is working towards certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
