Hannah Gerardy, LMSW (ND), LGSW (MN)

Hannah Gerardy received her Bachelor of Social Work from Minot State and a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota State University in 2022. She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2023. Hannah previously worked at FirstLink as the Care and Support coordinator, which entailed reaching out to recently discharged individuals with mental health disorders or substance abuse with partnering agencies in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Hannah has extensive knowledge in community resources, suicidal ideation, and domestic violence relationships. She finds that being able to give back and watch the community she grew up in grow is the most meaningful aspect of her work.

Hannah values being a reliable figure for co-workers and clients. She values education and believes it’s important that she never stops learning. When she works with clients, she values independence, self-expression, and kindness.
