Erin Vogel, MA, Pyschology Intern

Erin Vogel joins the Solutions team in July 2024 as a doctoral psychology intern as part of her journey toward earning her doctoral degree in psychology. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Fullerton in Communicative Disorders in 2017. She received her Masters of Arts from the University of San Francisco in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2020. She received another Master of Arts from George Fox University in Counseling Psychology in 2022. Erin is currently a 5th year doctoral candidate from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon and will complete her schooling in 2025.

Erin has previously worked in private practice, outpatient, inpatient and hospital based clinical settings. Her previous practicum experiences have primarily focused on providing neuropsychological and comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy with children and teenagers, as well as crisis consultation in the emergency department for children, adolescents and adults.

Erin loves working with children and their families, She worked individuals with OCD/anxiety disorders, ADHD, ASD, and ODD as well as with children adjusting to a diagnosis with a life long chronic condition. She also really enjoys doing assessments with teenagers to help them understand how their brain works and why they do things the way that they do.

Erin is passionate about helping families find answers and have access to resources to help to be the best version of themselves. She finds it very fulfilling to help families find the light at the end of the tunnel when they have been searching for answers for a very long time.

Erin enjoys being outside and outdoors. She two dogs that she loves to take on hikes and go exploring with. She also enjoys anything related to sports,   watching true crime television shows and  Marvel movies and tv shows.
