This evolution has been overseen by a team committed to reaching out and providing mental health services to individuals with unmet needs, as well as ensuring that Solutions is a value-driven leader in the community, a trusted and reliable neighbor to other non-profit healthcare agencies, and a home for its 100+ staff.

Dr. Jan Witte-Bakken is Clinical Director and the co-founder of Solutions. Dr. Witte-Bakken is a licensed psychologist.
