Corporate Foster Care
Solutions offers corporate foster care services in "family-like" environments. This approach usually involves a shift-staff model, where paid staff work in shifts 24/7. These services are individualized and based on the needs of the person, as identified in the Support Plan.

Developing a Career Path
Employee advancement is common within Solutions. There are former Direct Support Professionals and entry-level staff represented in all departments and management levels at Solutions. Our focus is on creating the next generation of leaders and giving employees an opportunity to choose their career path and improve their skills while working towards professional development. Not all Direct Support Professionals plan to work in the mental health field. For some, Solutions provides valuable training experience in how to effectively engage with a variety of individuals, as they prepare for other careers. Some Solutions alumni have gone on to work in law enforcement, as clinical psychologists, optometrists, physical therapists, and in business fields. These former staff credit Solutions for providing critical job training.
