2025 Employee Benefits

Health Insurance

Employees qualify for Health Insurance when they are full-time. Nine different plans are offered to choose from.

Long Term Disability

Long-term benefits are provided at no cost to full-time employees. Eligibility start on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. If an employee becomes disabled, payment is 60% of salary to a maximum of $7,500 per month and begins on the 91st day. Benefits are payable to age 65, or until disability ends.

Parental Leave

Parental leave is for the mother or the father who is a full-time employee and has given birth or adopted a child. Approved leave can be taken at any time during the 3-month period immediately following the birth or adoption of a child. Employees are eligible for three weeks of paid time.

Life Insurance

Basic life and accidental death (AD&D) insurance is provided at no cost for our full-time employees. Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. The plan provides an amount equal to 100% of your annual salary, to a maximum of $50,000 with a minimum benefit of $25,000. Supplemental life insurance can be purchased through payroll deductions for employee, spouse and children.

Flex Spending Account

  • Medical spending account (limit $3,300/year)

  • Dependent care spending account (limit to $5,000/year)

Voluntary Dental Insurance

Employees qualify for voluntary dental insurance when they are full-time. Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.

Voluntary Vision Insurance

Employees qualify for voluntary vision insurance when they are full-time. Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.

401K Retirement Savings Plan

The 401K plan is intended to assist employees in saving for retirement, using pretax and Roth contributions. Employees are eligible on enroll into the plan on the 1st of the month following employment. Both full and part-time employees are eligible. Solutions will match up to 4% of employee’s deferrals into the plan. On January 1st of each year, employees under 4% participation will be enrolled at 4%. Employees from 4% to 9% will be auto increased by 1%.

Paid Time Off

Paid time off (PTO) is provided to all full-time employees. This time can be used for vacation, personal business, medical appointments, family illness/appointments, etc. Employees earn 8 hours of PTO per month during their first year of employment (this is what Interns earn during the internship year). PTO may be used as it is accrued.

Holidays

All full-time employees are eligible for paid holiday leave. Solutions provides paid time off for the following observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Founders Day (July 5), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our confidential Employee Assistance Program provides employees assistance with personal issues they may be facing and information about other concerns that affects their life, whether it’s a life event or on a day to day basis.

Supplemental Insurance

Additional supplemental insurances can be purchased through payroll deductions for employee, spouse and children. Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. These supplemental insurances include; Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Short-Term Disability.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

An option for employees who are covered by a HIGH Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) who can choose how much to contribute from each paycheck on a pretax basis for eligible expenses. Money that is leftover at the end of the year remains in the account so employees can use it any time in the future.

Max Contributions

$4,300 with Self-Only HDHP Coverage

$8,550 with any other HDHP Coverage
