Solutions offers person-centered support, staff training, and consultation for individuals and with behavioral, developmental, and/or mental health conditions covered under a Minnesota waiver. These individuals may live with family or in supervised living arrangements, including corporate foster homes. Through these services, individuals aim to avoid institutional placement and remain in their community setting.
