April Ketelhut, Clinical Trainee

April Ketelhut graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in December 2020. She has been with Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals for two years as of May 2025 and has experience as a registered behavior technician, mental health practitioner, and mental health case manager.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health and plans to graduate in May 2025 from Minnesota State University Moorhead. April is completing her counseling internship at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals in Detroit Lakes, where she works with children, adolescents, their parents, and adults.

April brings a person-centered approach to her work, emphasizing the unique needs of each individual client. She strives to create a comfortable, empathetic, and respectful atmosphere for those she serves.

April is currently training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and is excited to continue learning new approaches as a Clinical Trainee.
