Alyssa Michaelson, M.S.E., Psychology Intern

Alyssa Michaelson joined Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals in August, 2022 for her year-long doctoral internship in psychology. She earned her B.A.S. in Psychology at the University of Minnesota Duluth and M.S.E in Clinical Counseling at the University of Wisconsin Superior. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Dakota. Alyssa has worked as a practicum student at First Care Health Center in Park River, ND, Agassiz Associates in Grand Forks, ND, and the Center for American Indian Resources in Duluth, MN.

Alyssa works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She offers a variety of services including diagnostic assessments, psychological evaluations, and individual therapy. Alyssa utilizes evidence-based treatments while incorporating the client’s unique lived experiences to help them navigate their health and well-being journey.
